• Existing real estate agent or builder base that can be leveraged immediately for quality loan applications.
• Superior interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
• Solid mortgage product knowledge (refinance and debt consolidation, etc.).

Loan Officers are responsible for contacting clients and prospects on a daily basis and assisting them with debt management through the consolidation of bills into an affordable first mortgage.

Essential duties of this position include reviewing market conditions daily, contacting potential clients looking to finance a new home or refinance an existing mortgage, delivering customer service through phone contact with clients and prospects, providing information to clients regarding loan policies of financial institutions represented, obtaining necessary documents from clients, working closely with Loan Processors to bring loans to settlement, maintaining all existing client files and continually achieving individual sales goals.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume sales environment is desirable. Related experience in the banking/lending industry is preferred, but not required. Strong sales orientation as clearly demonstrated through the interview process may be substituted for prior experience. Qualified candidates must be very detail oriented and organized. Excellent verbal and written skills are also required in this fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years processing experience with some familiarity with mortgage processing and Loan Prospector software.
